Freya is a nondescript little terrier dog. She was designed to look as inconspicuous and average as possible. Her breeding has several terrier breeds in it, and it’s easiest to describe her as a Fell Terrier, which is a type of working terrier rather than a specific breed. She has an athletic build with strong long legs and a lean, well-muscled body. Her head nearly always has a bright, eager expression, though sometimes, when focused, it can seem intense and pensive. She normally holds herself quite proudly, with a tall carriage and a tall tail and a jaunty gait.Type: Experimental

She has a brown coat. It’s not especially dark for the most part or especially light. It’s simply brown. She has black fur grizzled throughout that brown coat, keeping it from being neat or tidy or red enough to turn the eye. The black is strongest on her muzzle and ears, down her throat and on her back. She has dark, almond shaped eyes. Freya’s coat is a harsh texture to stroke. It’s short to medium and weatherproof. She has some furnishings on her legs and a little bit of a beard to keep her looking scruffy. The length of her fur breaks up her pattern even more and adds to her grizzled, woodsy dog look.

Otherwise, she’s annoying as hell.Likes: Attention, Being active, Feeling important, Meeting new dogs, Luxes, Humans, Observing others, Testing herself, Success, Dreaming, Sharing her memories

Freya’s personality is proper to her breeding. She’s a terrier, through and through. It’s in her stubbornness and her focus. She has spunk and is outspoken and never, ever backs down if she can help it. She’s spirited and merry. She has the balls to go toe to toe against a dog five times her size and not even bat an eye at the fact that the odds seem so, so, so bad for her. She has strong beliefs about humans and their place in the world and idolizes them despite the fact that her project’s funding was cut and she was supposed to be destroyed. Freya lives very much in the moment despite the fact that she has eidetic memory.
She doesn’t live in the past except to visit it and relish in her experiences. She doesn’t hold onto anything and is always looking at the present situation. Freya seeks to increase her knowledge and is fueled by nothing less than her immense curiosity. She enjoys the world and believes every experience to be worth it. She sees the good in everything she goes through, although it is more or less a coping mechanism because she sees everything in the past so perfectly.
She enjoys showing off her talents and sharing them with others. She merely wants to be useful because all her life she grew up believing the humans were going to utilize her, only to be tossed away. To be useful to another being would give her the greatest satisfaction. She has the blood of several working dogs running through her veins and it shows in her perseverance and work ethic.
However, she is much too trusting. She has little to no social awareness when conversing with another dog. She can be blunt and brutally honest without realizing that it might hurt another’s feelings. She can seem nosy to those sensitive to their own pasts. Freya is completely socially awkward but without the shyness that usually comes with it to provide a bulwark against being rude.
