The air was crisp and just chilly enough to cause you to wish it was warm and sunny. There was fog starting to brew complete with clouds racing across the moon giving warning to possible rain that could start falling any second now. There was also fresh dew starting to form on the long green grass that was smothered in long dark shadows. A black fox was walking slowly between the trees, heading to his den that was dug beneath a large tree. It wasn't much but it was home to the sly fox. It had actually been quite a slow and boring day where the only entertainment that could be found was watching the silly humans interact with each other in their day to day lives. There was battle on the horizon, even he could sense that even though that was a dog issue. Nawat really wanted nothing to do with it but at the same time, it would be interesting to see if he could play some tricks for fun.

Nova silently padded through the tall pine trees as she looked up at the moon. A slight smile spreading across her face. The moon's pale light shone on the floor lighting up her path. Thankful for it because a thick fog came rolling in making everything a bit harder to see. Even though she was a wolf and had excellent vision the fog just made things the slightest bit harder. Her ears perked up as they twitched from side to side. She slowly stopped as she looked around. She listened carefully as she heard footsteps in the distance. Great? She padded forward slowly trying not to make to much movement as the footsteps came closer and closer. She stopped and frowned. It was a fox. Nova did not really like fox's. Those sly tricky creatures. You can never trust a fox no matter what. Her eyes narrowed as she got a better view of the sly creature. She tilted her head up just a bit and let out a short howl just to let him know she was here. Her white pelt gleamed in an aurora of moonlight as she hide in the shadows. Now thankful for the fog that hide some of her white fur she stood in silence waiting to see what would happen next.

Nawat
The black fox turned towards the short howl and he narrowed his eyes slightly as he walked towards the white wolf that created the sound. Nawat smiled, his ears perked towards the female and in a smooth voice the fox laughed, "Now why are you making such a ruckus, dearie? Your snowy pelt shines like the moon." The black fox trotted up to the she-wolf and sat down easily. Nawat wasn't even the least bit nervous at being with a creature who was not only a stranger to him but almost over twice his size. Though a clever fox never had to worry too much with other predators. It was only the stupid foxes that had to worry about being eaten. Lucky for Nawat, he was very much a trickster.
What can I do for you dearie?" He smiled again, his white tail tip twitching but not in anger or anything like that. After a few twitches, Nawat grew tired of it and simply wrapped his tail around his paws. "I'm happy to serve, dearie, happy to serve."

Nova watched the black fox as he approached her. Ruckus? Humm.. "I assure you I was only letting you know I was here, It was a short howl anyways." She mumbled as she rolled her eyes. Your snowy pelt shines like the moon? She raised an eyebrow as she watched him sit down. Well he doesn't seem to be scared unlike other fox's which makes him a smarter fox. "What do you mean. What can you do for me?" she asked. Well what exactly did this fox do? Was he some sort of spy? Did he do work for other Wolfs? She took just a few steps closer and then she stopped. Ignoring what he just said she spoke up. "I believe we haven't actually met yet. I'm Nova. Now the question is who are you." She asked again studying the Fox.
